The mystique is gone, but the idea lives on in the endless stream of parody accounts created in @BPGlobalPR’s wake.

When I wrote a piece on the fake twitter account thing a while back, I got to chat with Mule Design Director Mike Monteiro, who turned out NOT to be the hidden tweeter. Glad I did speak with him, though. He’s a funny guy on his own account, @Mike_FTW.

And so I raise a toast to Josh Simpson and his fellow Upright Citizens in Los Angeles. Thanks for bringing a bit of dark humor to an otherwise terribly unfunny situation.
